ESTATE SALES.

A traditional estate sale is held on the property. It consists of two phases: research and preparation leading up to the sale, and then the actual sale. We’ll use the property itself as the main site for the preparation phase of the sale. This preparation takes some time, depending on the size and conditions of the property, and leads right up to the sale date.

The sale itself is typically held over 2 to 3 days, usually on a weekend. This is the most effective and profitable way of clearing out an estate.

After the estate sale, Marigold can arrange to have the premises cleared out of anything that didn’t sell (most likely, not much!), so if needed, the real estate process can move forward. We’ll even sweep up before we go!

ESTATE BUYOUTS.

Sometimes an estate sale on the premises isn’t the most optimal choice, or cannot occur for a variety of reasons. In these cases, a buyout may be the best option. This is usally decided after the first meeting with us at Marigold. If we decide an estate sale might not be the best choice for you, Marigold may offer a cash buyout of some or all of the contents.
